Today’s General Hospital recap (GH) for Thursday, August 9 features Franco revealing Kiki’s secret…but not to the right person.
Court Is Now In Session
Kiki’s (Maura West) court case against Dr. Bensch (James DePaiva) began and Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) told the court that Bensch is an excellent doctor, but a sexual predator. Scott could only counter with, “my client is innocent.”
Kiki (Hayley Erin) had some allies in Liz, Epiphany, and Nurse Francesca, but hit a bit of a stumbling block when Francesca admitted she slept with Bensch to finally get him to leave her alone.
Things only get worse when Ava testified that Bensch visited the gallery and told her about Kiki cracking under the pressure. That’s when Franco (Roger Howarth) texted Alexis and told her that they needed to talk. Alexis ignored him.
When Ava was on the stand, Scott (Kin Shriner) initially refused to question her about Griffin (Matt Cohen), which set Bensch off. During the recess, Bensch demanded that Scott use the photo of Kiki and Griffin.
That’s when Alexis demanded a redirect opportunity, in which Kiki explained that Griffin was merely comforting her after she was reamed by Bensch.
Then Griffin was called to the stand by Alexis to set the record straight, which caused Franco to send a text howling about Griffin and Kiki having sex…which he sent to Ava instead of Alexis. Well, they both start with A, and Ava had just texted him, but…WHOOPS!

Afternoon Delight
Curtis (Donnell Turner) and Jordan (Vinessa Antoine) linked up at Metro Court and ended up having sex in the afternoon. After enjoying their bliss, they discussed their upcoming wedding date.
But the plans hit the skids when Curtis (Donnell Turner) got a text from Chandra while he was in the shower…and Jordan intercepted the message.
When Jordan confronted Curtis about the message, Curtis said that while Chandra did reach out to him, he didn’t respond because Jordan is the only one he loves. They agreed to meet again later on because they have the room until tomorrow.
Later, Curtis checked the message from Chandra. Whoops.
Corinthos Homecoming
Carly (Laura Wright) finally made it home after a night in lockup, but poor Mike (Max Gail) didn’t even realize why she’d been gone. Sonny (Maurice Benard) now moved on to caring for his father rather than worrying about Carly after Mike fell and needed a trip to the ER.
