The General Hospital recap (GH) for Tuesday, June 5 features Drew doing a 180 and giving Kim a shock.
Kim (Tamara Braun) was unnerved when she saw the DNR order on Drew’s (Billy Miller) desk when he wasn’t there. When he returned, he first chastised her for looking through his things and then told her not to worry, that Oscar (Garren Stitt) convinced him not to take the risk.
Sam (Kelly Monaco) and the idea of not watching his baby grow up didn’t do it, but the long-lost teenage son did the trick. The trio then “celebrated” at The Floating Rib where Oscar almost died from hypothermia earlier in the year.
Meanwhile, Sam decided she is handing over her share of Aurora to Drew and asked Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) to draw up the papers for her. Alexis tried to talk her out of it, but she made up her mind and later delivered papers to Drew’s office.
Sam was not happy to see her mother getting information on the Cassadines from Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) and told her all about the Henrik Faison/Peter August story. Alexis then told Valentin to go away and nearly burned the information he gave her.
Jason Can’t Lie (Kinda)
Over at Casa Corinthos, Jason (Steve Burton) continued to argue with Diane (Carolyn Hennessy) and Sonny (Maurice Benard) about Carly (Laura Wright) pleading insanity. They seem to believe Nelle (Chloe Lanier) did this, but Diane thinks that will give Carly a motive to push Nelle and the jury will convict.
Jason insisted he would not lie on the stand, but that Carly said she wouldn’t listen to him and still plead insanity.
Felix (Marc Anthony Samuel), Stella (Vernee Watson), Curtis (Donnell Turner), and Jordan (Vinessa Antoine) all sat down for a meal and discussed caring for Mike Corbin (Max Gail). Curtis tried to lock Jordan into setting a date, and Stella was less than thrilled.
