The General Hospital recap (GH) for Tuesday, April 24 features Ava knowing what she wants and refusing to stop at anything to get it–or namely, who.
It’s ON For Ava And Sonny!
Ava (Maura West)has been separated from her daughter for most of the girl’s three-and-a-half years of life and she was overjoyed to be able to bring her to pre-school and watch her interact with other kids her age without a care in the world.
Griffin (Matt Cohen) still couldn’t wrap his head around the fact that she wanted Avery for herself–and neither could Scott (Kin Shriner). He advised her shared or joint custody would be the best deal, but she wants full custody and that’s that.
Scott went down to the PCPD, brought up Sonny’s past with Karen and told him what Ava wants–at the expense of Mike (Max Gail), who was still in jail. Sonny (Maurice Benard) lamented that the longer Mike stays in unfamiliar surroundings, the faster he could lose more memories.
Hallucinations?
Meanwhile, Carly (Laura Wright) went to see Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) who didn’t tell her she was imagining things. However, he did prescribe an anti-anxiety med that could produce hallucinations as a side effect, which is bound to play a part in Nelle’s plan.
Poor Michael
As for Nelle (Chloe Lanier), she continued to wrap Michael (Chad Duell) around her little finger and he was falling for it–hook, line, and sinker. She even pretended to feel sympathy for Sonny and Carly.

Poor Jordan
In other matters, Jordan (Vinessa Antoine) confessed to Curtis (Donnell Turner) that she got her cough checked out and it turns out there’s a spot on her lungs.
He googled and realized it could be lung cancer and Jordan said she refuses to entertain that possibility till this chest x-ray was compared to other ones.
However, that did not calm Curtis down, and instead, he got on one knee and asked Jordan to marry him.
