The General Hospital (GH) recap for Wednesday, January 3 features a day of relief and revelations in Port Charles.
Anna (Finola Hughes) was relieved she got Finn (Michael Easton) to the hospital in time but blamed herself for what happened to him. She relayed the entire story of their opioid sting to Jordan, who was, of course, the last to know.
They both wondered how Cassandra (Jessica Tuck) had disappeared, but then Jordan (Vinessa Antoine) announced they had found her. When Anna went back to Finn’s hospital room, he frantically confessed that he killed her.
A New Mayor?
The race for mayor is on, as Olivia (Lisa LoCicero) suggested to Ned (Wally Kurth) that he run and Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) did his best to convince Laura (Genie Francis) to run. Olivia also had to deal with Julian demanding to see Leo. And, Ned also has to deal with Michael (Chad Duell), who was not happy with his vision for Charles Street.
Speaking of Charles Street, Molly (Haley Pullos) and TJ (Tequan Richmond) met with Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) at Charley’s Pub, wanting her to sue their landlord for messing with their heat. They admitted they don’t even know who’s personally doing it since they pay their rent to a management company.
Curtis (Donnell Turner) agreed to investigate what’s going on to learn if the heat situation is a purposeful thing or not. When Julian (William deVry) arrived at his new bar, Alexis made an excuse not to leave.
Franco (Roger Howarth) told Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) he doesn’t want that painting hung because it brings back bad Betsy memories. Then, he had a dream about young Drew giving him a rabbit’s foot and calling him his best friend.
Thankfully, an angry Kiki (Hayley Erin) arrived to keep his mind off things. Kiki’s anger stemmed from bad weather canceling her flight to see Dillon.
