The General Hospital recap for Thursday, February 14 features a Valentine’s Day to remember for your favorite Port Charles pairs. One got married and another has something (or someone) unexpected on the way.
Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) realized there may never be a right time to marry Franco (Roger Howarth), so she figured they might as well do it while he’s behind bars. The guard acted as a witness and Drew (Billy Miller) quickly became Internet-ordained and just like that, Liz and Franco became man and wife.
Two married couples had very interesting Valentine’s Days. Carly (Laura Wright) and Sonny (Maurice Benard) had a romantic dinner at The Metro Court where he proposed a vacation. Carly didn’t seem so sure.
Then, she dropped a bomb on Sonny when they got home. She’s pregnant. Well, that’s a stunner, and also a bit disappointing that it looks like we can’t even get a “Who’s The Daddy?” story out of this.
Ned (Wally Kurth) and Olivia (Lisa LoCicero) also enjoyed a romantic evening. Heck, they even got a room and had their very first on-air love scene. That was quite unexpected, as well. Hmmmm, what could really be happening here?
Jason (Steve Burton) and Sam (Kelly Monaco) spent the evening apart — and then together. Spinelli flew across the country once again and told them Shiloh is a bad guy. So, that meant Sam had to go to the Dawn of Day house and infiltrate whatever operation he has going on.

When Shiloh tried to do some mind trick on Sam by rubbing her temples, Kristina (Lexi Ainswrorth) even looked jealous.
However, this was also a party and lo and behold Valerie (Brytni Sarpy) was there. She said she wants to hang out with Kristina again. Kristina said, sure, come to a seminar. Valerie didn’t quite know how to respond…
After the party, Sam returned to Jason’s place and she found he even went to visit the flower lady and bought Sam flowers.
