The General Hospital recap for Friday, September 21 features Drew coming to the conclusion that Oscar needs to know the truth — just as Oscar learns it from Cam!
Big Trouble
Margaux (Elizabeth Hendrickson) sat next to Sam (Kelly Monaco) and talked about Jason (Steve Burton). Sam told her if she has questions for Jason, ask him herself.
Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Jason tried to get ahead of the investigation into Vincent Marino’s death but Sam arrived and told them that Margaux is gunning for them both.
Meanwhile, Jordan (Briana Nicole Henry) told Margaux the identity of the victim. Jordan asked if the name was familiar, but Margaux deflected. They went over theories, but Margaux was eyeing Mike (Max Gail). They called Sonny and asked him to come in.
As Sam asked Jason to make plans with Danny and to make peace with Drew, Sonny learned the identity of the body from Jordan as Margaux watched. Margaux then told them both he was her father.
You’ve Got A Friend
Drew (Billy Miller) realized Franco (Roger Howarth) knew about Oscar. Drew confided that Oscar doesn’t know the truth. Franco asked if he’d want to know the truth if he was Oscar.

Kim (Tamara Braun) was shocked that Liz (Rebecca Herbst) told Franco about Oscar having cancer. Kim was angry but realized there was nothing she could do and felt out of control because so many know. Drew stopped by and they discussed clinical trials. He then told Kim she needs to tell Oscar now or he will.
Secret’s Out
Cameron (Will Lipton) acted odd with Oscar (Garren Stitt) in front of Joss (Eden McCoy). Joss confronted him but Cam deflected and then confronted Oscar when they were alone and said he needs to stop lying to Joss and tell her that he has cancer.
Surprise Appearance
Finn (Michael Easton) was ambushed when his father (James Read) appeared while he was out with Anna (Finola Hughes). Chase (Josh Swickard) arrived and was shocked to see his father.
It turned out he needs Finn’s medical help. Finn gave him his card and said to call him to make an appointment.
