The General Hospital recap for Tuesday, October 2 features romance on the rocks thanks to two people who just want to be left alone.
Oscar (Garren Stitt) was willing to listen to more about the experimental treatment but concluded he was going to die anyway. He then went to see Josslyn (Eden McCoy) and broke up with her.
He said it was nothing she did and that he just needed space, which sounds like a line many boys would give. Except this boy has cancer and a heartbroken Josslyn has no idea what’s going on.
Meanwhile, Julian (William deVry) overheard Drew (Billy Miller) and Kim (Tamara Braun) discussing Oscar and said he wanted to be there for Kim, no matter what was going on. Kim took this as a cue to then break up with Julian. So, now we’re up to two confused souls.
While Josslyn was getting her heart broken, her mother was hatching a plot to smear Vincent Maroni’s name so that Margaux (Elizabeth Hendrickson) will stop trying to avenge his death.
Jason (Steve Burton) didn’t really want to be involved in this, but Carly (Laura Wright) warned him he already is involved to snare him in like she always does.

Margaux spent her time trying to convince Drew to cooperate and give information on Sonny courtesy of his Jason memories. When he refused, she figured she’d go to Plan B, the infamous flash drive.
Nina (Michelle Stafford) was stunned when Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) told her all about her alleged daughter and even showed her a picture. Nina had to absorb the information after assuring Valentin she loves him, but they’re still divorced.
If Laura (Genie Francis) was stunned, Ryan (Jon Lindstrom) was even more stunned when Laura announced she’s back for good. Laura was none-too-thrilled when Lucy (Lynn Herring) paid a visit and was quite curious when she found some twine.
Ryan told her he was doing a DIY tech project but failed and Laura seemed to buy it, but did she suspect something might be a bit off with her husband.
