General Hospital Recap: Dante’s Tormenter Finally Revealed

 Comments

The General Hospital recap for Monday, September 28, 2020, features Dante getting his marching orders – from a very surprising source – and a booze-filled trip down memory lane for ex-lovebirds Ned and Alexis.

General Hospital Recap Highlights

A quick perusal of mission briefing was all it took to convince Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) that he was being subjected to yet another test. Sure, he could maybe understand the WSB questioning the veracity of Peter’s (Wes Ramsey) reformation. But the fact that the agency suspects Anna (Finola Hughes) of involving herself in nefarious deeds is just to much to swallow.

And yet, Dante’s doctor insists the assignment was on the up-and-up. So, with nothing left to lose, and so much to gain, Dante agreed to investigate both persons of interest. And his acquiescence was music to Liesl Obrecht’s (Kathleen Gati) ears.

She’d spent far to much time as a guest of The Hague, and now that she was in a position of authority, Liesl planned to not only clear her name but ensure Peter’s imprisonment!

Is The Past Truly Prologue?

Off his violent confrontation with Valentin (James Patrick Stuart), Ned (Wally Kurth) saddled up next to Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and joined her in her plunge from the sobriety wagon.

Over the next hour, they passed the time between sips reminiscing about their past love affair and regretting the might-have-beens. When both had grown tired of their sipping, they made plans to return home…but neither one relished the thought of retiring alone.

Julian Shoots, Nelle Scores

A bruised and bloodied Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) made his way to GH and reported both his assault and a subsequent robbery. Chase (Josh Swickard) and Valentin’s interests were piqued when Martin mentioned that one of the purloined items had been a letter penned by Nelle.

Over at Charlie’s Pub, before Julian (William deVry) could inspect the fruits of his labor, he had to fend off Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober), who wanted to talk purchasing the bar, and Chase who came-a-calling about Martin’s attack.

Once alone, Julian was finally free to read the letter…only to learn that the ACTUAL incriminating document had been sent elsewhere. And while Julian tried to ascertain who in the world Nelle would trust with her blackmail material, an envelope from her to Ryan Chamberlin was delivered to Pentonville!
