The General Hospital recap for Monday, July 30 features jailhouse reckoning between two former lovers, a new addition to Wyndemere, some harsh advice and the continued hunt for an Ashford relative.
At Pentonville, Ava (Maura West) filled a Ryan (Jon Lindstrom) in on her conversation with psychic Chelsea. Ryan was both amused and bewildered that Ava would believe a line of bull from women claiming to speak for the dead.
Ava begged him to ask forgiveness for Kiki’s murder and to let his obsession with her end. But Ryan wasn’t moved by her pleas. He told her to grow up and stop worrying about the whims of a dead child.
Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) bum-rushed Liesl (Kathleen Gati) into Wyndemere and insisted he’s only there to get her settled into her new home and ensure comfortability. Nina (Cynthia Watros) was pleased a punch to have her aunt in the same house but her exuberance was tested when Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) announced she is moving.
But don’t worry, fake momma, Sasha isn’t moving back home. She’s simply decided to strike out on her own and find an apartment for one… well, for two on the nights that Michael sleeps over. Valentin seemed to be slowly coming around to the idea of Sasha planting roots in Port Charles.

Curtis (Donnell Turner), Jordan (Briana Nicole Henry), and Stella (Vernee Watson Johnson) met at the Metro Court and discussed Stella’s mystery relative. Jordan revealed that testing showed that the person was a very close familiar match.
So close, in fact, Curtis asked if Stella actually had a baby she put up for adoption. That was a big HELL no to Curtis! Later, Jordan gets another clue: the mystery person lives in Port Charles.
At Drew’s (Billy Miller) office, he and Kim (Tamara Braun) discussed his medals and the conversation (of course) became about Shiloh (Coby Ryan McLaughlin). Kim thought Drew should question the other Navy SEAL he saved about Shiloh.
Too bad that man is dead and buried. Drew would know that if he still had his pre-2014 memories. And now they’re in the hands of the enemy as Shiloh’s contact completed his assignment and swiped the flash drive. General Hospital airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
