The General Hospital (GH) recap for Tuesday, January 2 features a flustered Sam and a pissed off Drew. And a mainly silent Jason.
Drew Has Anger Issues
Jason (Steve Burton) and Sam (Kelly Monaco) ended their New Year’s kiss without really acknowledging it happened. Instead, Jason said he was going to fix the boat, but then Drew showed up ready to fix the boat, but nobody knows how he got on board an adrift boat, so maybe he has Navy SEAL superpowers. Could be.
Well, when Drew (Billy Miller) saw Jason and Sam together, he gave his newfound brother a warning and asked him to give Carly (Laura Wright) a warning as well. Drew was hella angry and Sam did not seem to find this disturbing. Instead, she once again reassured him that she loves him.
Thank You For Being A Friend
Jason made his way to the Metro Court and told Carly to not do what she did again. He then thanked Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Carly for being there for him and making him feel welcome.
When A Plan So Does Not Come Together
Anna (Finola Hughes) and Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) ended up tied up together, but they managed to get loose and escape Cassandra’s goon.

Valentin immediately went to meet Nina (Michelle Stafford) at the Metro Court after missing their anniversary.
Anna made her way back to her house and found a disturbing scene. Cassandra (Jessica Tuck) had already blown some sort of opioid into Finn’s face, making him discombobulated. Then, she held up a syringe.
But, what Anna stumbled onto was Cassandra on her living room floor stabbed with a syringe and Finn (Michael Easton) on her living room floor feeling the effects of whatever Cassandra did to him. Happy New Year!
