The General Hospital (GH) recap for Monday, February 5 features Nelle up to her old tricks and bringing Ava along for the ride.
Naughty Nelle Again
Nelle (Chloe Lanier) and Ava (Maura West) continued their little chat at the Metro Court, where Nelle admitted the way to Michael’s heart is through his family and she had a way to break down that barrier to get what she wants.
Meanwhile, Carly (Laura Wright) couldn’t wait to tell Michael (Chad Duell) that Nelle nearly slapped her. She claimed this is horrifying because Nelle is clearly violent and you never know what she’ll do to a screaming baby. Carly was definitely not thinking about the violent life she raised her children in.
Of course, Michael defended Nelle and then she showed up at the door with an announcement. Nelle first apologized to Carly and then declared that whether her baby is a boy or girl, it will be named Morgan.
Mobster Money
Over in Brooklyn, Sonny (Maurice Benard) also had to deal with family as he met Mike’s girlfriend and learned his dad is a “bag man” and owes someone $10K. Mike (Max Gail) denied he was gambling and insisted he had no idea where the money is.

Suspicious Minds
Back in Port Charles, Jason (Steve Burton) went to see Peter (Wes Ramsey) on his own and is definitely suspicious of the man. He was even more suspicious when he heard the cops telling Peter they couldn’t find the bullet Faison supposedly shot at him.
Sad Sam
Jason then saw Sam (Kelly Monaco), who let him know they won’t be seeing much of each other anymore. Jason, as usual, told Sam he’s always there when she needs him.
