The General Hospital (GH) recap for Thursday, August 31 features a day of stress at the hospital for doctors, patients, and families alike.
Here We Go Again…
Jason (Billy Miller) finally made it to the hospital, and Liz (Rebecca Herbst) and Monica (Leslie Charleson) were shocked to hear from a stunned Sam that he was shot. Sam blamed herself, but Carly (Laura Wright) did everything she could not to make Sam feel guilty.
Eventually, Jason was awake enough to talk to his loved ones before he was wheeled into surgery.
Who Kidnapped The Real Carly?
Before Carly heard about the shooting, she told Bobbie she was willing to give Nelle (Chloe Lanier) the benefit of the doubt for Michael’s (Chad Duell) sake.
She was pleased with how far she and Nelle have come and was tired of fighting about her and with her all the time. Of course, that doesn’t mean Bobbie (Jacklyn Zeman) is giving up.
Over in Morocco, (Ja)Nelle still freaked about her pics on Dillon’s (Robert Palmer Watkins) computer after he told her she has modeling potential. However, he felt bad about leaving her there when she became a suspect in the sapphire jewel heist.
Nelle defended herself the best she could, but Nina (Michelle Stafford) warned her that until that necklace was found, everyone was a suspect and she just had to live with it.
Back at the hospital, Griffin (Matt Cohen) was faced with a young patient who will likely not survive. He was with her through the bomb threat earlier this year, and they bonded. Ava (Maura West) offered all the help she could, even money, but Griffin said nothing could save this kid.
Before Ava made it to the hospital, Kiki (Hayley Erin) stopped by for a visit and told her about her med school plans. She also noticed Ava had a little spring in her step. From Ava’s revealing neckline, it also looks like only her face was burned and not her body. Hmmm…
