The General Hospital (GH) recap for Thursday, March 1 features poor Elizabeth about to be left at the alter once again, but her fiance really did want to get to the church on time.
Franco (Roger Howarth) was ready to leave the hospital and head to the church when a run-in with Drew (Billy Miller) in the stairwell brought back painful memories that seemed to leave Franco in tears.
After he composed himself with a confused Drew, he made his way over to Jim Harvey’s construction office–and waited.
Jim (Greg Evigan) was busy making sure Curtis (Donnell Turner) was arrested for breaking into his office and taking pictures of his maps, but Curtis already figured out something very strange was going on with Jim and he was looking for something under Charlie’s Pub.
Anna To The Teen Rescue
Speaking of Charlie…or rather Julian (William deVry), he felt pretty terrible about the kids not holding their dance in his place.
But, Anna (Finola Hughes) somehow managed to get Mac (John J. York) to give them The Floating Rib before she surprised Finn (Michael Easton) by taking off to Brussels with Andre (Anthony Montgomery).
And then, we’re back at the church, where Liz (Rebecca Herbst) celebrated with her co-workers and friends and we even saw Cam, but not Jake and Aiden because all three boys just cannot be in scenes at the same time more than once or twice a year.
That’s a rule. Sadly, aborted weddings seem to also be a rule for Liz as she realizes Franco isn’t coming.
Franco was waiting. For Jim. And then Jim finally showed, triggering Franco to remember he was at the top of the stairs and saw him the night he pushed Drew. Bobby seemed concerned about Andy, but Jim denied knowing anything about that night.
Franco told the creepy mystery man that neither one of them were going anywhere until Jim told the truth. This could be a very long night in Port Charles.
