Lisa LoCicero currently stars as Olivia Falconeri Quartermaine on General Hospital, but the actress has been on a number of shows over the years, including Reno 911, Rizzoli & Isles, Bones, and many others.

Since she started working in the industry 25 years ago, LoCicero has certainly stayed busy! From parts in big movies to the film she’s watched hundreds of times, here are five fast facts you should know about General Hospital star, Lisa LoCicero.

In The Beginning
LoCicero was born on April 18 in Grosse Pointe, Michigan. She grew up in a very pro-art household, so she was encouraged at a young age to pursue singing, dancing, and acting. While she initially wanted to be a ballerina, she realized when she was about 13 that she really loved acting and wanted to continue to pursue it.

Small Screen To Silver Screen
After landing a few roles on various television shows in the ‘90s, including Loving (and The City), Law & Order, and NYPD Blue, LoCicero got two movie roles. She appeared in the 2000 comedy The Family Man and then went on to be a part of Rush Hour 2, which was released the following year.

Holding Out For Better
In 2004, LoCicero was offered the role of a recurring character on One Life to Live, but she ended up turning it down because she didn’t want to move back to New York City. However, the producers came back to her and offered her the contract role of Sonia Toledo Santi, which she did end up accepting.

Getting Personal
LoCicero married her boyfriend of eight years, Michael Patrick Jann, on April 22, 2007. The couple has two children together — 17-year-old son Lukas and 4-year-old daughter Verity Marion. General Hospital (GH) airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
