When you watch a character grow up on screen, like fans did with General Hospital’s Robin, it’s natural to feel protective.
Sort of like a dad sitting on the porch with a shotgun to vet her dates. Or a nosy next-door neighbor… who also owns a shotgun. Some of Robin’s (Kimberly McCullough) romantic partners have been more popular than others (who remembers that loser, Rowdy?). But which was your favorite? Robin was just a kid with her previous boyfriends. Patrick (Jason Thompson) was her first, true leading man. Sure, he was arrogant and a serial cheater. But he was tall. That always counts for something. Plus, when Robin was presumed dead, Patrick proved an excellent dad to their daughter, Emma (Brooklyn Rae Silzer), and it looks like the three (soon to be four) of them are well on their way to Happily Ever After (off-screen, which is the only way it could ever work). As a result, 65% of you named Patrick Robin’s best match.

First Love
First love is always the one you remember best, especially when Robin and Stone (Michael Sutton) performed a scene from Romeo & Juliet at the Nurse’s Ball… and then Stone ended up dying tragically later. Young love just doesn’t get any better than that! Also, Stone brought Robin into Sonny’s orbit, and no one in Port Charles can achieve happiness without that. Even his giving Robin HIV isn’t enough to dissuade 29% of viewers from preferring Stone over everyone else.
The Girl With No Future
Maybe it’s the fact that Jason (Billy Miller) both has a new face and a new love of his life in Sam (Kelly Monaco), but only 6% of voters picked him for Robin. Once, he was the boy with no past while she was the girl with no future. Now they’re both just busy parents with a lot of stuff going on in their lives.
