General Hospital‘s Josslyn is a WSB Agent, and it is finally out in the open. Now, a new opportunity has landed in her lap. Her father has named her CEO of Jasper Jax Enterprises. Joss immediately refused it, but is there more to the story?

Key Takeaways

  • Everyone now knows that Joss is a WSB Agent.
  • Jax has named her CEO of JJE.
  • Josslyn has refused the offer.
  • This may turn into an identity crisis for Joss.

WSB Agent Josslyn Jax

Josslyn (Eden McCoy) joined the WSB in secret and had been working undercover for months. Things finally came to a head when Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) was killed, and Joss was shot. Her career choice is out in the open, but her mom is not too happy about it.

Joss is standing her ground. The WSB is the life she chose, and she is sticking with it. It is not the career that she had originally planned. She once wanted to be a doctor, and then moved on to environmental studies. Dex’s (Evan Hofer) murder catapulted her into life as a spy, and she isn’t going back.

Carly (Laura Wright) is beside herself about her daughter’s dangerous life choice. Now it appears that her dad may be trying to get her out.

Josslyn Jax CEO Of JJE

Jax has been off-screen for years, but his name has suddenly been brought up again. The mysterious Hudson (Troy Lennon Appel) appears to work for Joss’s dad and came to Port Charles with a message. To her surprise, Jax has named his daughter CEO of Jasper Jax Enterprises. Josslyn does not want any part of it.

Hudson claims that Jax is unreachable and Joss has the job, whether she wants it or not. She doesn’t, but that is clearly not the end of the story. This is the life that both her parents want for her, but Josslyn is strong and determined and will dig in her heels about remaining in the WSB, for now. A shift may be closer than it appears.

Joss recently had a flashback about being shot. Both her wound and her mind may not have fully recovered from the experience. She almost died, and she may be acting tougher about it than she really feels. Eventually, she may realize that life as a WSB agent is not all it’s cracked up to be, and her father’s offer could be the perfect way out. Carly would be thrilled.

This will not happen overnight, and could turn into a long-term identity crisis for Josslyn. Where do you think she will land?
