He has only been on General Hospital for a couple of months, playing one of the most dynamic soap characters around, and yet Marcus Coloma has already won over the hearts and minds of the show’s fans — and you haven’t even seen him sing yet.

The entire cast was given time off during the holiday season and it looks like the popular star hasn’t gone back to work yet — or so he’s shared on his Instagram account. Coloma posted four videos of himself tooling around on his guitar, singing songs — and they’re all wonderful.
“I don’t consider myself a vocalist, a guitarist, or a lyricist, but I definitely have the hunger. I’m definitely hungry. Right now, so hungry. “Who’s Got Postmates?” he asked in the first one he posted.
On another one, he wrote in the caption, “This got me out of bed…at noon. Technically, I’m still on vacation.” Hopefully, fans won’t have to wait until the busy actor gets another break in order to hear more songs that he wants to share. After all, Nikolas is a very popular character, mixed up with several stories — we don’t foresee him getting a lot in the way of downtime.

Coloma’s character, Nik, is in the thick of things because he’s connected to so many people in town — and his resurrection after supposedly being murdered by Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) is huge news.
He’s already been told off by his mother Laura (Genie Francis), sister Lulu (Emme Rylan), and Liz (Rebecca Herbst), with whom he shared a very complicated past.
