You’d think since she was once Carly too that Kim Nero would know what she was in for when she agreed to attend Thanksgiving at Casa Corinthos on General Hospital (GH).
Of course, she wasn’t Carly in the world that is Port Charles. We just see her that way for now. She’s Tamara Braun, she’s back, and we already want to give her new character a great big hug.
Kim thought she was all prepared. She did her research on the name Corinthos and knew her 14-year-old son was dating the step-daughter of the town mobster. She figured she’d have some turkey, pumpkin pie, state her case, and be gone. She should have been so lucky.
Nope, Carly (Laura Wright) was having NONE of that because how dare anyone say romance between two 14-year-olds doesn’t last? Not when it’s CARLY’S 14-year-old, so you just shut your mouth right there, other Carly. Not in this house.
And then, it was bad enough for the poor woman when Original Jason walked in and she thought it was her ex (we assume), Drew Cain, the Navy SEAL (exactly, Soldier Boy). Okay, it’s just his twin.
Traumatic enough, and really, she needed to go and process this, but no way are you leaving Carly’s house without spilling cause that doesn’t happen.

Kim, you are to tell Carly EVERYTHING you know about the friend she just dumped RIGHT NOW or we will stuff that stuffing and fried turkey down your face. If you think Maxie had it bad, Kim would have had it worse if she didn’t answer every single one of Carly’s questions.
Cause Carly has to know everything about everybody so everybody can belong to her. Sonny (Maurice Benard) has to just nod, and well, Original Jason (Steve Burton), he just pretty much stands there stone cold cause, well, that’s his NAME.
You bet Kim needed to hold onto her son for dear life after THAT encounter. If we were her, we’d NEVER come back.
