It’s been a rough year for Alexis on General Hospital (GH). She was betrayed by the man she loved when he allowed her to be charged with a crime that he committed — and then tried to kill her with the same weapon used to kill her own mother.
She then leaned on alcohol to numb the pain, eventually turning things around with the help of that same man who caused her crisis in the first place. Now, she thinks he’s dead, and she has to find a way to move forward. Soap Hub asked what you want to see next for Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn).
Build Herself Back Up
It looks like the past year took a toll on fans too because 69% want to see a strong Alexis rise up as she conquers her demons. She’s taken that first step by admitting she has a problem and getting help – thanks in part to Julian (William deVry).
Now you want to see her piece the rest of her life back together, mend fences with her daughters Molly (Haley Pullos) and Kristina (Lexi Ainsworth), and get her law license back. You know she can do it, but you hope she does it all very soon.

It seems that 28% feel it’s time for Alexis to let go of her ex once and for all and move on with a new man. Whether it’s someone on the canvas already or someone brand new, you just want to see her in a healthy and loving relationship with a man who adores her.
