The This Is Us finale is about to blow some people’s minds! The last episode of Season 3 will air on Tuesday, March 26 and is going to focus on the relationship between Randall and Beth Pearson.
The episode will show flashbacks of Beth (Susan Kelechi Watson) and Randall (Sterling K. Brown) in college and various moments throughout their life as a couple.
The cast of the show discussed the finale while at the PaleyFest on Sunday, March 24.
“It’s so interesting because when Dan [Fogelman] was pitching us the arch of the season, at the beginning, [Susan and I] were both excited. We said, ‘How come we never fight?'” Brown shared.
“It’s when you make it to the other side. There is no such thing as a perfect marriage … it’s about two people together, working it out.”
Creator Dan Fogelman also revealed fans will get a lot of answers about some of their favorite characters.
“I’m excited about the last episode. It’s a good one. I think you’re going to get a lot of answers for all the main characters,” he explained.

Brown shared a video of the cast during the panel on Instagram.
Great time tonight @paleycenter with my #ThisIsUs family! Got to share the stage with a living legend, @realphyliciarashad,” he wrote, referring to The Cosby Show’s matriarch, who now plays his mother-in-law on This Is Us.
“We got into a game of #TruthorDare OR #ChocolateandRanch (courtesy of Miguel) And this is the Queen dipping her chocolate into ranch, and this is her taking it down like a champ!”
The Paley Center also thanked the cast for showing up for the event.
“HUGE THANKS to everyone who joined us for all the #PaleyFest LA fun! We’ve come to the end of this year’s PaleyFest and we hope you loved it as much as we did,” they wrote on Twitter.
“Thanks to #ThisIsUs for closing the festival in style!”
