Texas officials have a naked DUI arrest video of country singer, Randy Travis. However, the “This Is Me” singer doesn’t want the entire world to see all of him.
According to a TMZ report, Travis wants to keep the unfortunate video under wraps, so he’s filed a federal lawsuit against officials in The Lonestar State who want to release the footage.
Apparently, during the 2012 arrest, Travis didn’t seem too much like “A Better Class of Losers” when he crashed his Trans Am and then attempted a nude walk into a gas station. Plus, he cursed officers hoping they got cancer during his arrest.
So far, Texas judges ruled that pieces of the outrageous footage can be released to the media, from the waist up of course. In his federal suit, Travis claims that due to exhaustion, intoxication, and medication that the video’s release is like releasing his medical records.
