Robin Thicke was in the news this week after accusations of sexual assault surfaced. Supermodel Emily Ratajkowski claims the star groped her during the filming of his smash hit video “Blurred Lines.” The BBC has the full story.
Shannen Doherty closed out her years-long lawsuit with insurance conglomerate State Farm. A federal judge ordered the company to pay the Beverly Hills 90210 star 6.3 million dollars. The suit stems from State Farm refusing to pay policy benefits after wildfires set Doherty’s Malibu home ablaze. Following this, the star took to Instagram to give a realistic look at her battle with cancer.
Shark Tank star, Barbara Corcoran came under fire this week after making a body-shaming “joke” towards The View host Whoopi Goldberg. Corcoran quickly saw the error of her ways and took to Twitter to issue a public apology. Entertainment Weekly has the full story.

The Late Show’s Alan Kalter passed away ago 87 years old this week. The famed announcer is best known for his work on David Letterman. He was also the voice for To Tell the Truth and the $25,000 Pyramid.
Emmy-winning hairstylist Marc Pilcher died from complications due to Covid on October 3. His most recent work on Netflix’s smash hit Bridgerton gave him his award win just last month.
MMA fighter Justin Thorton died at the tender age of 38 after a battle in the ring. His opponent Dillon Cleckler knocked him out during a bare-knuckle fight on August 20. Thorton sustained serious injuries and succumbed to them on Monday, October 3.
