Becoming a mother was a turning point for Olivia Benson (Mariska Hargitay) on Law & Order: SVU, but it also brought on a lot of fears and anxieties… and she needed someone to talk with about it.

In this flashback video, Benson opens up to Barba (Raúl Esparza) about her parenting fears. “I used to be so sure that I knew what was best for Noah. But now, as he gets older, I’m just doubting myself at every turn,” Benson tells him.
