Kylie Jenner almost didn’t name her daughter Stormi Webster, if you can believe it!

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star opened up about the naming process while doing an Instagram Live on Tuesday, March 12.

Though she wouldn’t share all the possible names she had for little Stormi, she did reveal she almost named her 1-year-old daughter Rose!

“One name I will tell you guys, because I don’t think I’m ever going to name my daughter this [another daughter], but I wanted to name her Rose. Shout-out to everyone named Rose,” she explained.

As for choosing her daughter’s name, the moniker seemed to pick Stormi!

“Yeah, I feel like she chose her own name. I looked up names and I saw Storm and I really liked that,” Jenner shared.

“I wanted her to have an ‘ie’ at the end of her name like me. Kylie and Stormie. So it was that at first, when I was pregnant…I used to call her Stormi when I would talk to her in my belly. And it just always felt right.”

She continued, “I had two names that I honestly liked better than Stormi but when I had her I felt like she chose her own name. I just couldn’t imagine any other name other than Stormi.”

Stormi just celebrated her first birthday back in February with a giant birthday party.

“How did i get so lucky to have such a sweet, smart, happy baby. i just couldn’t have dreamt you up, storm. i wish you could stay this little forever and i could protect that contagious smile and laugh of yours,” the 21-year-old wrote on Instagram.

“I know you won’t remember much about the first year of your life but i pray that you’ll never forget to keep sharing your joy and laughter with the world. my love grows for you a thousand miles a minute. every day with you is the best day of my life. happy birthday to my angel on earth.”
