Kendra Wilkinson has grown a lot in the past year since she announced her divorce from ex-husband Hank Baskett.
The former Girls Next Door star and her former NFL star husband split back in April 2018.
Though their divorce isn’t official just yet, the mother of two has focused on moving on and starting her own life.
In fact, Kendra just revealed on Instagram that she is no longer depressed and is feeling much better about her life.
“The depression is gone finally. Back in the light and feels good. I’m living a whole new life, very different but the kids and I are bonding more than ever,” she wrote alongside a selfie on Thursday, February 7.
“Have had to work extra hard to find stable grounds but we did it and back enjoying life again. Sometimes things happen for a reason. Ya know… “
Kendra and Hank share two children together, 9-year-old Hank Jr., and 4-year-old Alijah.

Though rumors have been swirling that she’s dating Bachelorette star Chad Johnson, Kendra recently said she is not dating anybody.
Meanwhile, Kendra has been focused on being a present mother for her kids and working through her first year of being divorced.
“I feel warm and happy for all of you who are lucky to have what you do. My day is going in waves being my first year separated. I have music/movies on enjoying myself and then hits me,” she wrote on Instagram during the holidays.
“Doing a lot better than I predicted and friends reaching out makes me smile but hard adjusting to new after years of what I believed was perfection. Definitely not looking for sympathy just telling my story. Sure divorced peeps can relate lol.”
