Last night’s episode of The Bachelor was heartbreaking. Colton Underwood was finally down to his top four ladies, but he was forced to say goodbye to one of them at the end.

Following four emotional and intense Hometown Dates, Underwood was forced to make a decision regarding his future.

“I feel like tonight I have to continue to trust myself and follow my heart like I have every step of the way in this journey so far. So that’s what I’m going to do,” he tells the four remaining women — Cassie Randolph, Tayshia Adams, Hannah Godwin, and Caelynn Miller-Keyes.

After calling Godwin and Adams, the two remaining women were Randolph and Miller-Keyes.

Underwood ultimately decided to go with Randolph, which meant Miller-Keyes was the one who had to go home.

“I don’t really know what to say,” Underwood told Miller-Keyes as he walked her out.

“I’m just blindsided, I guess. I saw it. I’ve never felt like this in a relationship and I felt like we just had this connection from the start,” she said.

“I saw it being us at the end and I thought we both saw that. I feel stupid for thinking that. I feel like an idiot.”

However, It wasn’t until an emotional Miller-Keyes was in the car on her way home that it all sunk in.

“I’m shocked. I’m completely blindsided. I 100 percent believed that I was getting engaged at the end of this. But, Colton fooled me,” she said.

“For the first time in my life I let myself go there and I let myself think that it was going to happen. As soon as I let myself do that, he said that he wasn’t feeling the same.”
