Former Bachelor star Sean Lowe and his wife Catherine Giudici have been married for five years, so they have a thing or two they could teach Colton Underwood.
Despite the 26-year-old having a lot of the same characteristics as Sean — they’re both former football players, for one — the father of two is done hearing about his virginity.
“It’s just ad nauseam at this point. Let’s move on, let’s start talking about more things Colton has to offer than just the virginity angle,” Sean told People.
While the virginity storyline has been a tad annoying for viewers, Catherine shares how she thinks Colton is doing with the women on his season.
“I think he’s doing a great job of managing the girls and showing them that he is vulnerable. I love to think of him as another Sean Lowe,” she expressed.
As for Valentine’s Day, which is coming up in just a couple of weeks, these two don’t have any crazy plans.

“There’s no pressure for the buttoned-up Valentine’s Day that a lot of people experience [and] feel pressured to do,” Catherine said.
“I feel like when you’re expecting or needing expectations of really fancy plans, it never goes right. So, let’s just have some fun.”
Meanwhile, the couple celebrated their fifth wedding anniversary just a few days ago and they both shared photos from their big day on Instagram.
“Five years of laughing hand in hand with this husband of mine. FIVE YEARS,” Catherine wrote in a photo caption of the couple walking down the aisle.
“Five years with my best friend today! I’m a blessed man,” Sean wrote on his photo post of the pair on their wedding day.
