Bradley Cooper’s ex-wife Jennifer Esposito is seemingly sounding off on the rumors regarding the actor and his A Star Is Born co-star, Lady Gaga.
It’s no secret Cooper and Gaga performed “Shallow” together at the 2019 Oscars, which notably sent fans into a frenzy.
A number of people believe Cooper and Gaga are in love with one another, despite the fact he’s still happily with his girlfriend Irina Shayk.
One of those people who sounded off on their chemistry just so happened to be comedian David Spade, who posted a photo of the performance to his Instagram page with the caption, “Is there any chance these 2 aren’t f—ing?”
Many people responded to the post, including Esposito, who was married to Cooper for just five months between 2006 and 2007.
According to a screenshot taken by Comments By Celebs, the actress commented “Ha.”
Esposito also took to Twitter to clarify her comment.

“So confused. I get off a flight to see a comment I made of “HA” to a joke from @DavidSpade has gone wild!? Has everyone gone mad?” she wrote.
“Somehow I’m insulting an X by laughing at a joke someone else made? Pls take your insanity elsewhere.”
Esposito has rarely discussed her marriage to Cooper, but she did alluded to the relationship in her book, Jennifer’s Way.
Though she doesn’t reference Cooper by name, it seems as though it’s about the 44-year-old.
“I should have noticed the red flags from the beginning — actually, they were more like an entire marching band squad of red flags — but I ignored them because, honestly, I didn’t think the relationship was really going to go anywhere,” she wrote.
“He was funny, smart, cocky, arrogant, and a master manipulator. I didn’t necessarily find him that attractive, but I figured that I could enjoy his sense of humor and nonsense for a while.”
