Former Bachelorette star Kaitlyn Bristowe sadly broke up with her fiancé Shawn Booth last month, but she is trying to move on as best as she can.
In a true show of bravery, the 33-year-old addressed the rumors about Shawn’s dating life on her Off the Vine podcast last week.
Shawn was spotted getting cozy with WWE host Charly Arnolt in New York shortly after his split from Kaitlyn, and it wasn’t long before Kaitlyn heard the news.
“There is obviously the article that people saw about Shawn with this girl. I didn’t even read the article, I didn’t even look her up,” Kaitlyn told her podcast host Olivia Caridi.
“I don’t want to know because you know what, he has the right to hang out with whoever he wants, and as much as it can, even when you’re ready — like you know that’s not your person — it still stings.”
Kaitlyn knows that snooping on Shawn’s future dates will not be beneficial to her life and mental health.
“I am like, that is digging and looking and I am only going to put false thoughts in my head,” she shared.

“I am going to start believing something that isn’t true. I am going to start comparing. I am going to start asking myself too many dumb questions that don’t matter and I don’t want to do that to myself.”
The former Bachelorette also revealed that she unfollowed Shawn on Instagram.
“He unfollowed me a while ago. Well, and I didn’t know, but people told me, and so then I was like, it pains my soul to see Tucker. It actually does,” she explained, mentioning Shawn’s dog.
“Like, I can’t talk about it too much longer than this right now because I will cry, but I can’t handle grieving the loss of Tucker.”
She continued, “I can’t. I go hour by hour through my days trying to get past that.”
It kills us to hear how much pain she is in! We hope they both find love again soon!
