A lot has changed for former Bachelor star Bekah Martinez in the last year!
One year ago, the 23-year-old was competing for Arie Luyendyk Jr.’s heart on The Bachelor, and now she is expecting her first child with boyfriend Grayston Leonard!
Bekah has been very open about her pregnancy journey with fans and earlier this week shared a post about how much her life has changed.
In fact, she shared side-by-side photos of herself on the show vs. now.
“A lot can change in a year… face and belly are a little plumper, heart’s a little fuller. (but excitement still makes me excited to be alive),” she captioned the picture.
Bekah first opened up about her pregnancy back in September when she revealed she and Grayston found out they were pregnant.
“I was in disbelief and thought, ’Is this really happening?’” she told PureWow.
“I immediately called Grayston and then went across the street to the Dollar Tree and bought two more pregnancy tests. They, of course, were both positive.”
She also revealed in a YouTube video that they weren’t trying to have kids.

“This wasn’t in the plan, so it wasn’t right away like a, ‘Oh, my God, yes! This is so exciting, we’re going to have a baby!” she said.
“It was like, ‘Oh, wow…’”
However, though she’s never been sure about marriage, Bekah has always known she wants to be a mother.
“It’s the one thing that I’ve known with certainty for so long,” she shared.
“I’ve gone back and forth on the idea of marriage and relationships, but I’ve always felt sure that I wanted to be a mom.”
Not only is Bekah expecting a child very soon, she is also going to school to get her degree. It’s safe to say she’s very busy!
