Stefan is hardly the first man to ever become a father on Days Of Our Lives (DOOL) – heck, he’s not even really going to be one!
Yet, Stefano’s latest illegitimate offspring is acting downright obsessive – and quite possessive – about Abigail’s (Marci Miller) pregnancy.
He even blackmailed Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) so he could sneak a peek at medical test results he won’t even know how to read! Is it really that important he have the exact numbers for Abigail’s blood sugar?

For 65% of you, Stefan (Tyler Christopher) is out of control. The baby may be his – he thinks – but Abigail’s body is still hers, and, as long as said baby is inside of her, he or she is her business.
Once it’s born, Stefan can drop by, say goo-goo, gah-gah, and proceed to spoil the child rotten, DiMera style! Until then – keep your distance!

As long as Stefan has been tricked into believing Abigail’s baby is his, 34% of the audience sees nothing wrong with him caring about how she’s doing.
This is even if you do suspect he’s less concerned with the baby’s health, than he is with finding an excuse for Abigail to stop taking her medication… and turning back into Gabby.

You think he’ll use the baby to shove Chad (Billy Flynn) out of the picture completely, which is why you hope the real paternity truth comes out before Abigail and – if the rumors are to be believed – Chad depart Salem for good. They deserve a happy ending… with both their kids.
