Here’s What Happens Next On Days of our Lives
Last week was all about saving Bo (Peter Reckell), now this week we’ll see Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) working to save John (the late Drake Hogestyn). After his heroic attempt to save Bo, John’s life is hanging in the balance, and Steve (Stephen Nichols) will consider his best friend a hero at the start of the week.

By mid-week, the returns will start pouring into Salem as everyone prepares to say goodbye to John. Carrie (Christie Clark) will come home on Wednesday, while Will (Chandler Massey) reunites with Marlena (Deidre Hall) on Friday. Odds are, he’ll also pay his teenage daughter a visit, who is still missing on Tuesday when Gabi (Cherie Jimenez) and JJ (Casey Moss) work together to find her.

Odds and Ends
It’s been an explosive week for the Kiriakis clan. After Xander (Paul Telfer) beat Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier) to an inch of his life, he finally had it out with Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) after learning her part in the forgery coverup. Look for him to await the hospital board vote on Thursday, which will determine whether he or EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) is the proud new owner of Salem University Hospital.
