This week, Sonny plans to marry once again on Days of Our Lives (DOOL), but this time he plans to marry Paul. Of course, that likely doesn’t go off without the proverbial hitch, but his last wedding actually did–a rarity in soaps.
Sonny and Will married with their family and friends surrounding them in a heartwarming ceremony, which was also soaps’ first male gay wedding, marking a daytime milestone.
The grandmother of one groom, Marlena, officiated, making it a truly family affair about love and acceptance.
