It’s been a hard few years for Sami on Days of Our Lives (DOOL). In the fall of 2014, she lost the love of her life, EJ, soon after they’d gotten back together. A year later, she lost her son, Will, and life has never been the same.
Now, Sami (Alison Sweeney) knows Will (Chandler Massey) may be alive and is searching for him, but had to encounter EJ’s (James Scott) looney mother, Susan (Eileen Davidson), during her quest to find her own son.
The video below takes you through both Sami and EJ’s happiest and saddest times, as Sami remembers EJ as she languished in a jail cell, and as she said goodbye after he was shot.

She found his body with bullet holes in the park and he died in her arms, so they said their goodbyes, but that was still no consolation for Sami’s heartbreak.
