Kids today love JJ and Abigail on Days of Our Lives (DOOL), but if you watch this video, you’ll understand why the rest of us love their parents!
Jack (Matthew Ashford) and Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) were pure magic together. They fought hard, they played hard, and they loved hard.
They both came from powerful families but derived their power in different ways. Jack felt in his adoptive father’s shadow since Harper Deveraux was a pillar of society (who turned out to be a serial killer). Jack also turned into a rapist when married to Kayla Brady, and although he felt remorse forever, he didn’t believe in himself.

But Jennifer sure believed in him, and tried so hard to get him to see all that he was capable of but it wasn’t always easy. Their love wasn’t always easy either and even when one was ready to give up, the other one tried hard to keep it alive.
