Hope (Kristian Alfonso) was married to Larry Welch (Andrew Massett) at the time, wearing a pillow under her dress pretending to be pregnant, and Megan (Miranda Wilson) was pretending this little boy with her was Bo’s son via their high school romance.
Megan and Hope loathed each other, yet put on an air of friendship to make Hope’s marriage seem like the real deal.
After a catty confrontation, Megan gives a reporter some fake news about Hope, and then returns to tell her mortal enemy that everyone should have a friend like her.
