It’s like Christmas in July now that we know that Ciara will be back in Salem and on Days of Our Lives (DOOL) in time for the holidays.
A script posted on a mystery Instagram account and posted on Facebook by the Jason47 DAYS website shows Ciara as a member of the cast for the episode airing on December 27.
Also included in that day’s airshow are Abe, Abigail, Chad, Andre, Eric, Kate, Claire, Jennifer, and JJ. Scenes take place in The Martin House, the hospital, Horton Square, the Horton house, and the DiMera mansion.
While this confirms Ciara’s return, it doesn’t say when she returns or who will be playing her. An audition tape with an actress named Brianna Chomer had been floating around Vimeo for a while, with Chomer auditioning for a character named Mia. Many believe Mia was a code name for Ciara.

There’s no confirmation whether the audition was for Ciara or not or if Chomer even got a part on the soap. But, that’s just one hint at who might play Bo and Hope’s daughter when she returns.
Before Ciara was SORAS’d and Vivian Jovanni took over the role, Lauren Boles played the part from 2008-2015.
She’s nearly 14 years old now and could conceivably play Ciara as an 18-year-old, but there’s been no word on Boles being asked back to the 52-year-old soap. Soap Hub will keep you informed as we know more.
