Several members of the Days of Our Lives cast, including Kate Mansi, headed down to Georgia (well, really Nashville, Tennessee) this past weekend for a personal appearance to meet fans — and what happened next will have you tapping your feet and possibly singing along.
Eric Martsolf (Brady) started things off by getting a beat going with a marker that he tapped on a desk in front of him.
It looked like the actors were taking a break from signing autographs and decided to have some fun. He was quickly joined by Kassie DePaiva (Eve) as they sang the Charlie Daniels hit, The Devil Went Down to Georgia.
After a little fumble on the lyrics by DePaiva, who was struggling for the right words, they were off and running, singing the famous song. That’s when Mansi leaped up on the table and decided to do an impromptu dance to the beat — complete with cute high-heel boots.
Not only that — you have to keep an eye out for photobomber Matthew Ashford (Jack), as he slips into the background with a particular head-bobbing move that you just have to see. We’re not sure where Casey Moss (JJ) or Melissa Reeves (Jennifer) was at the time this was taken but perhaps it was one of them who shot the music making fun.
You can see the video, which was shared by Mansi on her Instagram account, below.
Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
