The weekly spoilers update for Days of our Lives, June 8-12, reveal that romance blooms for Shawn and Jada, as well as Belle and Chad. Plus, Alex has his hands full with Stephanie and Joy, while it’s more bad news for EJ.

Monday, June 1, 2026 – Episode #15390
Abe (James Reynolds) and Theo (Tyler Joseph Andrews) brought Lexie (Nikki Crawford) home. They caught up with Lexie, who wanted all the details on Theo’s love life. After Theo left to get Sweet Bits, Lexie and Abe had a heart-to-heart. Lexie suggested that Abe cut off contact with Paulina (Jackée Harry) so they could focus on getting reacquainted. Abe reassured Lexie that she’s the one he wanted to be with forever. Chanel (Raven Bownes) told Paulina about her breast cancer. Alone, Paulina researched the disease. Chanel ran into Theo, where they talked things out, with Chanel declaring she would always be his sister. Johnny (Carson Boatman) filled EJ (Daniel Feuerriegel) in on Chanel’s condition and insisted he was stepping away from DiMera Enterprises. Jada (Elia Cantu) questioned Johnny about Sophia (Rachel Boyd) and the gun. Johnny remembered Sophia knew he would be home alone. Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier) rebuffed Gabi’s (Cherie Jimenez) attempt to help Titan financially. Gabi was shocked to learn that Theo hadn’t ratted her out. Later, she tried to apologize to Theo, but he didn’t accept. Theo got upset by the apology, and blasted Gabi for not knowing him. Cat (AnnaLynne McCord) filled Mark (Jonah Robinson) in on their mother’s declining health. Mark felt the drug he was working on for EJ could save her life. Cat asked EJ if the not-FDA-approved drug he developed could be used on her mother. EJ agreed to have Dr. Rolf (Richard Wharton) review her mother’s file, subject to conditions. Cat called Rafe (Galen Gering) to reveal she had laid a trap for EJ.
Tuesday, June 2, 2026 – Episode #15391
Johnny told Marlena (Deidre Hall) about Chanel’s diagnosis. Dr. George (John Hartmann) informed Chanel she needed surgery and chemotherapy immediately. Chanel did not like his attitude or his treatment of her and let the doctor know. After talking to Marlena and Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) about Dr. George, Chanel declared she wasn’t going to do any treatment right now. Marlena gave Xander (Paul Telfer) an ultimatum: either drop the lawsuit against Johnny, or she won’t see him as a patient anymore. Xander pushed back but agreed to think about it. Joy (AlexAnn Hopkins) opened up to Kate (Lauren Koslow) about her situation with Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) and Stephanie (Abigail Klein). Kate reminded her she was lucky to have them. Alex introduced Justin (Wally Kurth) and Bonnie (Judi Evans) to Kelsey. Bonnie blindsided Alex with lawsuit talk and took full responsibility for her book being too similar to Stephanie’s. Alex agreed to talk to Xander. When Alex and Joy met up, Joy questioned Alex about whether Stephanie was ready for a visit with Kelsey. Roman apologized to Kate for their fight over Johnny and Titan, but as Marlena pointed out to Xander, he doesn’t have all the information. Sarah met with a sick patient, Destiny (Sarah Bartholomew), at the clinic, who became upset about her diagnosis of a stomach bug. Destiny accused Sarah of not caring before she bolted out of the clinic. Later in Horton Town Square, Destinay found Sarah. Xander caught Destiny as she collapsed, and Sarah couldn’t find a pulse.
Wednesday, June 3, 2026 – Episode #15392
JJ (Casey Moss) and Javi (Al Calderon) arrived in Horton Town Square to help Sarah and Xander with Destiny. They got her to the hospital, but Destiny died. Sarah was guilt-ridden as she shared the news with Xander, JJ, and Javi. JJ told Sarah that Destiny had a history of drug use. Sarah and Xander leaned on each other as devastated Sarah blamed herself. They enjoyed quality time playing with Victoria (Angelica Nero). Xander blew off Gwen for Sarah and his daughter. Lexie shocked Theo when she told him she was proud of him for being CEO of DiMera. When she learned he quit, Lexie encouraged him to go back, much to Abe’s dismay. Abe and Lexie debated whether Theo should return to DiMera. Later, Abe corrected Lexie when she called Lani’s (Sal Stowers) kids Paulina’s grandkids, not his. Gwen (Emily O’Brien) confided in Leo (Greg Rikaart) that she was working with EJ, and he double-crossed her. She also told Leo her lawyer had a letter explaining everything. If EJ kills Gwen, she wants Leo to publish the letter. Leo promised to write the story, but hoped he would never have to. Dr. Rolf told EJ about the dead mouse. EJ feared Lexie would suffer the same fate. Paulina informed EJ the board is close to stripping him of his hospital ownership. EJ also learned Gwen was ready to take ownership of the hospital. Gwen and EJ sparred over the hospital. She warned EJ if anything happened to her, all his skeletons would come out.
Thursday, June 4, 2026 – Episode #15393
Xander tried to comfort a grieving Sarah, but she ultimately decided to go to bed. Sarah dreamed of hooking up with Xander. In the dream, Brady arrived in the middle of her with Xander. The three squabbled, and the two men demanded Sarah choose between them. Sarah woke up startled. After looking at Destiny’s file, Sarah realized Destiny’s sister died of a drug overdose and had a connection to Liam (Hank Northrop). Brady, Marlena, and Belle (Martha Madison) gathered at the Brady Pub to celebrate John (Drake Hogestyn). Marlena had words with Kate about the lawsuit. Kate got jealous when Roman and Marlena hugged. Marlena filled Brady and Belle in on a coin at John’s grave, which she thinks is a message from him. Belle wanted to tell Marlena about the missing pawn chess piece, but Brady shut her down. Brady also squashed Belle’s hope that various signs point to John being alive. Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes) and Foster (Miles Anderson) had a date at Small Bar. They discussed literature, and Julie tried her first Jalapeño popper. Julie agreed to a trivia date with Foster but shut down a karaoke date because of Doug (Bill Hayes). When she got home, Julie looked at Doug’s picture and broke down. Gabi informed Xander that Philip turned down her money for Titan. Xander threatened Gabi that she had better come through with the money or he would send her back to prison. Ari (Vico Escorcia), Rafe, and Gabi had a family dinner for Ari’s birthday. Rafe refused to help Ari find Liam. Xander left Kate a voicemail demanding the lawsuit be dropped and that he planned to tell all to Johnny.
Friday, June 5, 2026 – Episode #15394
Lexie and Abe reconnected with Marlena, who clocked Lexie’s hostility toward Paulina. In private, Marlena promised Abe he would be there for Paulina and hid the news of Chanel’s cancer from him. Abe and Lexie thanked Marlena for helping Theo when he was keeping the secret about Lexie. Cat and Rafe discussed the trap she laid for EJ. Rafe berated Cat for taking unnecessary risks. Cat promised it won’t happen again. They also argued over Cat exploiting her personal connection with EJ instead of keeping things professional. Then she dropped the bomb that Gwen may be buying the hospital. Chanel and Johnny fought over her decision not to have treatment until after the baby was born. Things went from bad to worse when Chanel overheard Johnny trying to persuade Paulina to change Chanel’s mind. Paulina played mediator. Chanel agreed to get a second opinion and start treatment if she felt the doctor met her needs. EJ summoned Theo to the mansion to ask about Lexie. Theo gave him the lowdown before the talk to turned to DiMera. EJ was shocked to learn Lexie wanted Theo to work there and used the opportunity to ask Theo to help Johnny amid Chanel’s health issue. Theo was stunned to learn Chanel had breast cancer. Later, he told Abe, who headed out to see Chanel but found Paulina instead. Paulina informed him it wasn’t a great time for him to see Chanel. They said goodbye to each other. Lexie suddenly got a headache and nearly fell over when she was alone.

Alex is caught between Stephanie and Joy. Leo begs his bestie Gwen to proceed with caution. Amy confides in Melinda. Holly and Tate get romantic. Shawn and Jada bond even more.

Kate tells Roman the truth. Xander and EJ clash. Paulina goes to great lengths for Chanel. Theo steps up for Johnny. Holly and Ari are surprised at what Sarah gives them.
