Days of our Lives spoilers for Tuesday, October 13, see Marlena cross-examining Cat while Chad does the same to EJ. Plus, Xander and Philip try one more time to save the Kiriakis mansion.
Key Takeaways
- Marlena and Chad need to know what Cat and EJ know.
- Xander and Philip keep lying about their newly destroyed house.
- Roman and Kate get romantic.
Marlena Turns to Cat for Answers About Dominic’s Mysterious Past
Marlena (Deidre Hall) is determined to figure out what the real story is with Dominic Marino — and her. While Steve (Stephen Nichols) and Brady (Eric Martsolf) do the private-investigator thing, Marlena takes the more direct route and questions Cat (AnnaLynne McCord).
After all, Marlena’s former assistant also worked for EJ (Dan Feuerriegel). She must know something, right?
Chad Confronts EJ About the Tainted Drugs Johnny Reported to Police
And if EJ doesn’t want to talk about that, then Chad (Conner Floyd) — and Belle’s (Martha Madison) request — wants his brother to spill about the tainted drugs his company dumped on Smith Island.
EJ hasn’t talked to anyone but Johnny (Carson Boatman) about it, and Johnny went to the police to report him. So, yeah, EJ is totally going to confess all to Chad.
Xander and Philip Try to Convince an Inspector Their House Is Unlivable
The Kiriakis family decided that the way to hold on to their home would be to make it unlivable so that Dominic wouldn’t want it anymore. Did it occur to any of them that an unlivable house for Dominic is also an unlivable house for them?
Nah, they’re not that bright, which is why Xander (Paul Telfer) and Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier) try to convince Hank the Building Inspector (Giovanni Mocibob) that the house that was in perfect shape a week ago is now a mold- and rodent-ridden disaster area. And expect to be believed.
Roman Makes a Romantic Gesture as Kate Gets Another Chance at Love
At least the mold and rodents brought Kate (Lauren Koslow) and Roman (Josh Taylor) back together. To celebrate, Roman plans a big romantic gesture for his wife, as he, once again, pretends that, this time, Kate will change her stripes and be a totally different person from now on.
