Through the Years
Once upon a time, Steve (Stephen Nichols) and Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) were married on Valentine’s Day. (Not to be confused with the summer wedding where she was deaf, so he learned how to sign his vows. But then she got her hearing back mid-ceremony, so everybody lived happily ever after.) On their anniversary, Steve and Kayla look back over the years of their love. The good ones. When they were together. And presumed alive. And their children (like Stephanie, when she returned here).
Raspberries and Cream
John (Drake Hogestyn) has a lot on his mind lately. And he doesn’t even know that his mind is under Konstantin’s (John Kapelos) control. But nothing — and we mean, nothing — gets in the way of John romancing his Doc. John has a surprise picnic planned for Marlena (Deidre Hall). Which, considering that it’s February somewhere in the Midwest, we sincerely hope is inside. A roaring fire would be nice. To go with the traditional snacks.

Popping the Question
Now that Theresa (Emily O’Brien) has found the engagement ring that fell out of Alex’s (Robert Scott Wilson) pocket, she is convinced that her stooge is about to ask her to marry him. Which is good. Because it will be much harder for Alex to get rid of Theresa after he finds out that she blew up his entire life if they’re legally bound together, rather than merely shacked up. It’s Valentine’s Day. What better time for getting down on one knee? So why isn’t Alex doing it already?
A Different Kind of Love
Paulina (Jackée Harry) doesn’t want her illness to get in the way of her precious Chanel’s (Raven Bowens) and Johnny’s (Carson Boatman) — second — wedding. But Chanel and Johnny have a way to include her in their plans. Does it mean changing the wedding date — again?
