Stephanie Turns to Kayla After Joy Draws a Painful Line
Now that Joy (AlexAnn Hopkins) has said Stephanie (Abigail Klein) can’t be around Kelsey for at least a year, Stephanie is furious, and she vents to her mother. Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) pats her hand and reassures her, while not excusing herself as Joy’s doctor, which seems a conflict of interest of some sort.
And while Kayla pacifies their daughter, Steve (Stephen Nichols) is working with Brady (Eric Martsolf), who is still determined to prove that EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) knew about the poisoned water on Smith Island.
Brady and Steve Team Up to Prove What EJ Knew
Johnny (Carson Boatman) knows about the poisoning, too. In fact, he was the one who planted the info that made it possible to diagnose and treat Holly (Ashley Puzemis). Now he is keeping EJ’s secrets. Marlena (Deidre Hall) is suspicious. Paulina (Jackée Harry) is suspicious. Chanel (Raven Bowens) is suspicious. Theo (Tyler Joseph Andrews) is suspicious.
And when Theo gets suspicious, Theo gets self-righteous. Which means he is on the case! No one in Salem is allowed to lie — except Theo. Because his reasons are always noble.
Sarah and Xander Still Love Each Other, but Love Isn’t Enough
Xander (Paul Telfer) admitted he will never love any other woman but Sarah (Linsey Godfrey). Sarah has also privately admitted that she still loves Xander… but they cannot be together.
So what will happen when the two get together to say goodbye for the last time? Xander and Sarah can’t help but think about the past.
At the same time, Lani (Sal Stowers) wonders what her future might bring.
