Gabi and Philip’s Monte Carlo Gamble Comes With a DiMera Surprise
Gabi (Cherie Jimenez) and Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier) are on their way to Monte Carlo so Philip can gamble Gabi’s five million dollars on what he is sure will be enough money to save Titan. We can’t imagine what the odds on that would have to be, but, hey, he’s the expert gambler.
Neither expects to run into anybody they know from Salem, and they’re especially surprised to see Sydney (Sydney Malakeh). She was born in 2009, but now she already has an MBA and a law degree, according to EJ. Which means she’s probably old enough to gamble, as well.
Marlena Suspects EJ Is the One Pulling Johnny’s Strings
Marlena (Deidre Hall) knows how dumb Johnny (Carson Boatman) can be — Kate (Lauren Koslow) and Roman (Josh Taylor) are still dealing with the fallout of her setting him up, because he made it so easy.
Which is why she’s pretty sure that if Johnny is doing something stupid, it’s because he is being manipulated by someone much smarter than he is. She’s decided that evil smart person is EJ (Dan Feuerriegel). So Marlena is going to go out and defend her grandson!
Holly and Tate’s Romantic Getaway Doesn’t Go According to Plan
Holly (Ashley Puzemis) and Tate (Leo Howard) can’t see as much of each other as they used to, now that Holly is back in school and Tate is a dropout. So they decide to go away together to get even more up-close-and-personal time.
But then something gets in their way. They hate that.
