From the moment Nicole became pregnant and Sloan decided she desperately needed to have a baby with Eric, DAYS spoilers might as well have been skywriting the shocking plot twist: Nicole’s baby ends up with Sloan and Eric!
DAYS Spoilers Wild Speculation
Most people’s money is on Sloan (Jessica Serfaty) kidnapping the tot. Or, hey, maybe former D.A. Melinda. Heck, even EJ pulling a swap makes sense if he learns the child isn’t his. The one person who has stubbornly been left out of the speculation: Eric. What if Eric is the one who puts the crime into motion?
Days of our Lives: Feel My Wrath
Sure, Eric (Greg Vaughan) is about as close to a saint as Salem has. He’s an ex-priest, for Pete’s sake! He’s always the first to jump on other people’s sins. He’s a bit better at justifying his own, though. When he last chatted with Dr. Mom Marlena (Deidre Hall), she asked about Eric’s feelings for Nicole (Arianne Zucker). Eric admitted he’d be with her now — if the baby she was carrying was his. “So it’s about the baby,” Marlena pressed. It’s definitely about the baby.
Alas, Eric thinks Nicole’s baby is not his. However, what if he finds out that it is? But, instead of learning that Sloan changed the results, Eric assumes Nicole did it and he decides to make her pay! It’s what God would have wanted. An eye for an eye and all that.

DAYS: Good For the Goose
To punish Nicole, Eric snatches her newborn and passes it off as the baby he and Sloan are adopting. Fair is fair, right? Eric wants to be a father and he believes Nicole set out to deprive him of that opportunity. She deserves to be punished. Eric is tired of being the nice guy. Nice guys finish last. Look at him.
If Nicole thinks he shouldn’t get to have his child, then Nicole should have the tot at all! Yeah. That makes total sense. Think this wild speculation could really happen? Let us know in the comments section below.
