When will Brady (Eric Martsolf) learn to keep his daughter away from Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin)? Not anytime soon, by the looks of it. Brady takes Rachel (Finley Rose Slater) to the pub for some lunch with his favorite lady, and it does not go well. Before long, Rachel acts out, and Brady has to take her home.
Brady has a serious talk with his daughter about how to behave. Of course, Rachel doesn’t want to hear it. She sulks all the way from the pub to the house, and there’s not much Brady can do about it.
As for Chloe, she finds some solace in Xander’s (Paul Telfer) arms. He comes across her just after the tense scenes and wastes no time being a strong shoulder for her to cry on. There, there, friend.
What Xander doesn’t realize is Gwen (Emily O’Brien) has shown up to get some grub too and sees the sweet scene. To say she’s not a fan of watching Chloe snuggle into Xander is an understatement. But, will she speak up and make her presence known?

DAYS made its debut in 1965 and is one of the longest-running daytime soap operas in American history. It has outlasted other soaps to become a mainstay for many households. Needless to say, decades of storylines have kept viewers locked in and wanting more. It was developed as a half-hour soap opera for NBC by prolific soap scribe Irna Phillips along with her longtime director, Ted Corday, and Allan Chase. Corday’s son, Ken Corday, continues the family tradition by serving as executive producer.
From Sami Brady’s (Alison Sweeney) crazy schemes to Victor Kiriakis’s (John Aniston) one-liners to the epic love story of John Black (Drake Hogestyn) and Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall), DAYS knows how to entertain and keep fans coming back for more. Fans love their daytime soap operas, and the excitement in Salem is non-stop.
