Days of our Lives spoilers weekly update for June 21 – 25, 2021, reveals big secrets, harsh scandals, and a sticky predicament.
Days of our Lives — The Week Ahead
Sami (Alison Sweeney) and Lucas (Bryan Dattilo) spend the week tiptoeing around Salem in an attempt to not draw further attention to themselves. Their tryst in the sheets needs to stay hidden from EJ (Dan Feuerriegel), but the exes are struggling to do that. Even Roman (Josh Taylor) starts to catch on to the tension between Sami and Lucas and questions her about it.
Oh poor Jake (Brandon Barash), if only he could see what Kate (Lauren Koslow) can clearly see as well. Her vision is perfectly fine, but she is having a fun week torturing an unwitting Jake nonetheless. The least Kate can do for Jake, after putting him through so much, is to give her vote to stop his brother’s coup, when he comes asking.
Dr. Synder (Michael Lowry) continued to have the one-up on Gwen (Emily O’Brien), despite Xander’s (Paul Telfer) best efforts to protect her. Things quickly got out of hand and Gwen and Xander end up in a sticky predicament, with a dead body on their hands.

Many secrets came out this week, starting with Kate’s (Lauren Koslow) scheme. Chad (Billy Flynn) caught her putting on lipstick and called her out. She turned him into a cohort and they agreed to team up to take down Jake.
Sami’s love affair with Lucas came out when Marlena (Deidre Hall) caught them smooching. Sami explained herself and swore her mom to secrecy. Not secret was Chanel’s (Precious Way) smooch with Allie (Lindsay Arnold). Paulina heard all about it and got a lesson in labels, pronouns, and fluidity.
Belle (Martha Madison) woke up on Thursday and chose violence. Or, at least that’s the way it appeared when she unplugged Jan’s (Heather Lindell) ventilator. She was just testing her, though. It appeared the coma was real this time. Until Jan was alone, that is.
