Days of our Lives Spoilers Highlights
Having been encouraged by Princess Gina (Kristian Alfonso) to reveal himself to the town, SteVano (Stephen Nichols) dons Steve’s all-too-familiar eye patch and crashes the New Year’s Eve celebration being held at Julie’s Place.
Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) greets her ex-husband’s return with shock and awe while Justin (Wally Kurth) goes on the offensive. He starts by letting his ex-brother-in-law know that he and Kayla are now an item and then condemns him skipping Adrienne’s funeral (Judi Evans)
Marlena (Deidre Hall) is on hand to offer Kayla support and Steve a place to lay his head. SteVano jumps at the chance to be in close proximity to his Queen and quickly follows her home.
Having recovered enough of her senses — and desperate for answers — Kayla sets off for John (Drake Hogestyn) and Marlena’s. Once there, she gives “Steve” a piece of her mind and demands that he tell her why he has returned. And while he doesn’t offer much by way of explanation, SteVano makes one thing clear — he didn’t return for her!

Unemployment Office
Rafe’s (Galen Gering) continued concern for “Hope’s” well being leads him to confide in Roman (Josh Taylor) about all the strange things he has begun to take notice of. Not long after, he finds himself in want of a job after “Hope” fires him.
Kristen And A Red-Hot Triangle
Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) is left fuming when she witnesses Brady (Eric Martsolf) and Nicole (Arianne Zucker) kissing and it’s up to Lani (Sal Stowers) to talk her off the proverbial edge.
Later, Kristen chances upon the nascent couple sharing another smooch and completely freaks. Brady is stunned to see his ex and even more so when he realizes that she is wearing her nun’s habit.
But Kristen has a surprise up her sleeve. Off comes the habit and underneath she is clothed in the scarlet red gown that she had planned to wear New Year’s Eve one year earlier — an event never realized thanks to the incident that robbed them of their baby.
