Days of our Lives spoilers for Tuesday, September 22, 2020, reveal Sami being Sami, Lani’s marriage struggling, and Eric saying goodbye to his family. It’s an emotional day in Salem with some storylines going off the rails. This is one episode you will not want to miss.

Sami’s (Alison Sweeney) in trouble now that Allie (Lindsay Arnold) is back. Her daughter may not want her son, but she definitely does not want Sami to play mommy. However, Sami does not intend to hand over the little boy.
So, Sami does exactly what you expect Sami to do and prepares for a new custody battle. Who cares if this isn’t what Allie wants? This is what Sami wants and that’s all that matters to Sami. She’s stirring the pot once again and it will not be pretty.
Goodbye, For Now
Meanwhile, Eric (Greg Vaughan) breaks hearts when he tells his parents and siblings he’s leaving town. This is a hard goodbye. Don’t worry, though. This is not forever. He has a duty to complete what he started but he is not giving up his life with Nicole (Arianne Zucker).

Brady (Eric Martsolf) jumps into action to save Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) and turns to Victor (John Aniston) for help. He is the only one with the power to save Kristen and Brady and all but demands his granddad do the right thing.

Speaking of Kristen’s arrest, it does not sit well with Lani (Sal Stowers). How dare Eli (Lamon Archey) go behind her back and break his promise?! Sadly, this scandal quickly puts a strain on their happily-ever-after.
