Beloved family members return to Salem for Christmas causing undue heartache, sadness, and regret.
During Ciara’s absence, stunning changes have taken place. Claire and Theo are no more, Tripp has established himself as a Salemite while Joey has drifted away, and core families are teetering on the edge of a chaotic feud.
Ciara’s first instinct is to reunite with Hope and she does just that. Riding into town just the way Bo did, Ciara is unhinged, passionate, and deadset on a mission.

It would make Bo a proud daddy to know his little girl is all grown up (again) and embodies every brazen trait he’s known to have (Including the big-hair-don’t-care 80s do).
This Ciara (and we apologize Vivian), is exactly as we’d envision Ciara to be: full of unhinged spunk, wild hair, and beauty only a Bo/Hope hybrid could produce! We applaud new Ciara, but not so much her mission.
It’s understandable she’s upset, we would be too. However, Ciara seems to have gone too far. And, with Hope helplessly dragged into a chaotic sami three-some, there seems to be no end to this drama. Will any Salemite find time to appreciate this holiday season?
