Grandma’s Wrath
Valerie (Vanessa Williams) wants to get in the spirit of the day, but she has just had it with what she sees as games that Lani (Sal Stowers) is playing with her son’s life.
She confronts Lani over marrying JJ (Casey Moss), which she sees as a power play to make sure that Eli won’t have a legal leg to stand on in case he one day changes his mind and wants custody.

Luckily for Lani, she isn’t on her own when it comes to fighting her child’s future grandmother. The baby’s father is now coming to her rescue as Eli (Lamon Archey) stands up for Lani and reasserts their agreement to keep their secret.
